How to Reschedule or Cancel Your Exam
You can reschedule or cancel your Part III exam through your APSCA online account.
When you attempt to reschedule or cancel, the system will clearly advise whether a fee applies before you confirm your action.

Cancellation Fees (Based on Timing)
Cancellation fees for Part III exams depend on how close to the exam date you make the change:
More than 30 days before the exam:
No cancellation fee2–30 days before the exam:
USD 375 cancellation feeLess than 2 days before the exam:
The full exam fee applies
Once a cancellation is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
Rescheduling Limits and Administrative Fees
You may reschedule your Part III exam up to three (3) times without an administrative fee.
First 3 reschedules:
No administrative fee4th reschedule and any subsequent reschedules:
A USD 300 administrative fee will apply each time
The system will display how many reschedules you have remaining before you confirm any changes.
Important to Know
Fees are based on when the change is made, not the original exam booking date
All applicable fees are shown before you confirm a reschedule or cancellation
APSCA does not waive fees once the action is confirmed
