To sit an APSCA online exam, you must present valid photo identification to the online proctor before your exam can begin.
If your identification does not meet the requirements below, you will not be allowed to sit the exam.
ID Requirements
Your identification must meet all of the following:
Your first and last name must exactly match the name on your ProctorU account and APSCA online account
Your ID must be government-issued
Your ID must be valid and not expired
Your ID must show a clear photo of you
Your ID must be the original physical document (not digital, not a photo, not a copy)
If the name on your APSCA account does not exactly match your ID, contact APSCA before your exam so this can be corrected.
✅ Permitted Forms of ID
ProctorU accepts the following types of identification:
Passport / U.S. Passport Card
Driver’s license
State or National ID card
Immigration card
Temporary government-issued ID
Military ID
Hong Kong ID card
Chinese National ID card
Tribal or Native American government-issued ID
❌ IDs That Are NOT Accepted
The following are not accepted and will prevent you from sitting your exam:
Digital or mobile IDs
Social Security cards
Birth certificates
Debit or credit cards
Checks
Photos or photocopies of IDs
Important
You must present your ID to the proctor at the start of your exam.
If your ID does not meet these requirements, ProctorU will not allow the exam to proceed and your exam attempt may be forfeited.
APSCA cannot override ProctorU’s identification rules.
