⬜ “No Invoice” button

What to do
Please contact the APSCA Accounts Team so they can resolve the issue and generate the invoice for you.
⬜ “Closed – no charge” button
What this means
The exam invoice was closed without being used, and no exam fee was charged.
This status is used when an exam invoice needs to be closed for administrative reasons — for example, if the exam was set up with the wrong language and a new invoice is required.
The original record is kept for reference, but it is no longer active.
What to do
If you still need to sit the exam, you can now generate a new exam invoice with the correct details.
⬜ Cancelled / No Show button
(Includes: “Cancelled – less than 24 hours”, “Cancelled – less than 2 days”, “No Show”, “Cancelled – IT Issues”)
What this means
Your exam booking was cancelled or could not proceed, and the booking can no longer be used.
This status can appear for different reasons, including:
Cancelled less than 24 hours before the exam (Part I and Part II)
Cancelled less than 2 days before the exam (Part III)
No Show (the exam was not launched during the scheduled time)
Cancelled for IT reasons (the exam could not proceed due to a technical issue)
Although the reasons may differ, the outcome is the same:
the original exam booking is closed and cannot be rescheduled.
What to do next
If you still wish to sit the exam, you will need to generate a new exam invoice before you can book another exam.
